Ok, so I've been on a few boards, but this one has thrown me out of whack by the bizarre behaviour of it's moderators.  It's completely foreign to me how this board is run, and how the web side of things is maintained:

1.  Firstly, the moderators don't seem to take posts personally, consistently fail to kick-ban people, and take a back-seat "live and let live" approach far too often.  Where's the passion?  Surely they can't achieve God status here without the occasional random banning, tempestuous outburst or unreasonable carry-on?

2.  The site runs far too smoothly, and seems to be consistenly operational and running at a decent speed.  What gives?  Surely the occasional SQL server error sprayed across the screen isn't too much to ask?

3.  Then there's the posters themselves.  Altogether far too intelligent, reasonable and considered in their posts.  It's positively revolting!  Surely there must be some posters who have mental malfunctions of a clinical kind - like maybe a Turetts or similar?
