Just re-watched this recently: - submerging the jewelry in pink paint, cutting immediately to Betty's pink sweater with rhinestones, emphasized with a subtle star filter - Castigliane disgorging his espresso onto his napkin, with the tongue thing, Hedaya freaks out, I love it - How many drivers does a buggy have? - Holy Crap that's Jacob from LOST! Does he have one brown eye and one blue eye, then later, both blue? - Betty/Diane spankin' it and the wall shudders out of focus, not erotic at all, just feels like something I shouldn't be watching, it's weird

Before I get around to mapping out my top 5 scenes from MD (along with other Lynch works), I've got to comment on the Laura Elena Harring discussion from page 2 (and from two years ago.) Harring is possibly the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in a film. There were several comments about her body on the previous page, and, certainly, I agree that she is a knockout physically. But so entranced was I by her face the first time I saw MD that I never got around to noticing the rest of her. OK, enough drooling for now or I won't get anything else done today.
