Yeh i saw that! So strange to see David on the Cleveland show. To make it even odder was the fact there seemed to be no other references to Lynchs works or jokes about him instead he was just a character who happened to look like and have the same name as David Lynch!
Prehaps the writers just though they would give a nod to Lynch as a thanks for the brilliant films he has made. Or something like that. Unless it actually was coincedental
