Both, LOL. I have wanted to go in a bar and order a pitcher of water and then pray for it to be full of the substance of heaven to see what would happen. If people would get drunk in the Spirit. I am not sure it would work though. I have seen people get drunk in the Spirit in bars, the streets and church. It is great! And you don't wake up out of money, or with a disease.
