Sorry, Laura for what I am about to say...The Prestige is WAY better then Insomnia (although we do like Insonia better that most people I know).

I am happy to share the best piece of news I came across today. I was talking to a fledgling director friend of mine on YM and talking about Michael Caine I went to IMDB and looking at the listing for his films I found out Katie Homes is NOT in the Dark Knight and Maggie Gyllenhaal will be playing Rachel Dawes, just wanted to share...

Oh, good. I'm a gyllenholic! But I don't care for Dark Knight. I hated Batman begins.

The Dark Knight will make the '89 film look like the '66 film.

But if you don't like Batman, that statement means very little.

I liked The Prestige but it became a little too fantastical for me. Batman Begins however i really like as I was not familiar with Nolan before this I wasn't thinking about it as part of his work and just saw it as a great mainstream film and one of the best comic-book films
