Got to be Hotel Paradiso (Rik Mayall, Adrian Edmonson). After poisoning all the hotel guests with off, radioactive fish, the final puke scene goes for about 15 minutes. Gratuitous to say the least. The only puke scene to ever make me want to sympathy spew...
I am likely to miss the main event If I stop to cry or complain again. So I'll just keep a deliberate pace, Let the damn breeze dry my face.

I've watched Jacket lately and when they put him to the drawer for the first time I was pretty close to vomiting myself.. does it count? ;-)

I cracked up the other night while watching the 1952 Sudden Fear and seeing Joan Crawford run out of her bedroom and into her bathroom for the obvious purpose of vomiting. You do not see a toilet. You do not hear the sound of gagging. But you do see her at the sink washing up afterward. It was all done with the greatest of daintiness just as you'd expect from Joan Crawford.

Just have to add one that no one's mentioned: Like Water For Chocolate... if you've seen it you'll know what I'm talking about. Hilarious scene! Interesting movie too.

I always love the Four Rooms scene where Tim Roth vomits over the corpse in the hotel room. :)
