Pix of elephantman dressed up as Rocky from RHPS. Ummm...

Hahaha! I do look a miserable sod in a couple of those pictures, but i'm a happy soul i promise.

I'm pretty sure i was very stoned in a couple of them. I was in Amsterdam after all.

seriously, i am not known for being what is referred to as "optimistic." I am one of those wes anderson, charlie kaufman types: cynical, disaffected, socially innept, reclusive and bitter...yet still attracts people through some unintended charisma, i suppose.

Is the no smiling rule a new cultural benchmark?  Do you have to practice it when someone brings out a camera?  I know that in the early days of photography portraits the exposures were lengthy so holding a smile was more difficult than holding a static expressionless pose so you don't see many smiles in Daguerrotypes.  Some nationalities don't believe in showing the teeth so they won't smile.  But how did this happen to the Yoofs of America?  And their Euro-compatriots? 

Probably if we could see a series of photos from your single digit years, your faces would be dancing with laughter.  What happened?  

I know you guys say you have senses of humor so it's not that.  But there's a wryness.  Something melancholy.  Being eons away from your gen-gen-generation, I cannot put my finger on why it is.  Help me.

What´s there to smile about?

People behind the cameras need to chill out, if they expect and/or demand a smile just because a fucking camera happens to click... that´s violating someones integrity.  

Let´s tip their power balance, tear down their crown,

Educate the masses, let´s burn the white Lodge Down!
