Hands down number one is Gary Busey - Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Jason Beghe - Thelma and Louise (great choice!) okay, Massachusetts STATE Police, Leonardo Dicaprio and Matt Damon in The Departed technically not a state patroman but Frances McDormand in Fargo again thinking outside the state patrol, John C. Reilly in Magnolia going Border Patrol...Barry Pepper in The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada Bay Area Law Enforcement - Ron Eldard in House of Sand of Fog & Mark Ruffalo in Zodiac Kansas Bureau of Investigation - Chris Cooper in Capote U.S. Customs - Chazz Palmenteri - The Usual Suspects
