In addition to catching up on Dexter, I also plan on watching my other favorite canceled-too-early show, Carnivale while the strike progresses. Also, with Heroes, I am glad that Tim Kring listened to the fan uproar about how slowly season two developed and picked up the pace and stopped adding new characters. Now, there are some new characters that are cool as long as they are enemies or deal with the back story.

Speaking of Kring, the EW article a few weeks back said that he was also striking....

latest article from Variety basically saying that we've seen the end of original episodes for the 07-08 season...more reality shows and repeats and an increase in Netflix memberships will probably be the result. :) Good for Netflix.

I'm reading Dexter in The Dark right now... Hey! Instead of watching TV, you could read. Support non-striking writers.

I'm reading my favorite writer's final opus Hermann Hesse's Magister Ludi and Erik Lasson's Devil in the White City and plus, I'm still writing, strike be damned.

No reading, no writing. Now is the time for arithmetic!
