Do people still love Russell Crowe, or did I miss the flip?  Anyway, I can take him in L.A. Confidential, maybe just because I like the movie so much, but beyond that I'd rather watch the Russell Crowe episode of South Park four times back to back than sit through another film of his.

I could get by without Sir Ben Kingsley.

if ever you members check out the film bonnie & clyde. check out the very 1st bank scene Clyde tried to rob, I live about 10 miles from where they filmed that scene. there's a  steakhouse place called ranchman's they have pics of the actors, etc. that corner where bonnie asked Clyde, what are you waitin for?  it is a boot repair shop I am sure. the owners live there. gotta take pics of the place, I know! should have posted the pics years ago, but! I will, I got a new digital camera :)

the owners wont mind , I did ask to take pics of the place before, the lady owner worked at ranchman's steakhouse :)

I think the last thing I saw him in was A Beautiful Mind...I really don't care about him all that much...

I wouldn't miss Bruce Willis if he didn't make anymore movies...Steven Segal....John travolta...yup wouldn't miss them....

Russell Crowe?  I wouldn't miss him.  But Mel Gibson is sure to get me to the theatre - the guy's just made too many good movies.

Love Russell Crowe and Ben Kingsley!!!  How could you not love Kingsley playing himself in The Sopranos?  Or in Sexy Beast!  Or Betrayal?  Russell Crowe in Romper Stomper.  Russell Crowe just being Russell Crowe in a Manhattan hotel.  He's very very appealing for an A-list actor.

Matthew McConaughey makes my skin crawl, but maybe that's just me.

Ah, House of Sand and Fog!  I had forgotten that one, Smokey, but I too loved Ben Kingsley in that.  He looks so much like a friend/neighbor of mine so I love him all the more for that.

Matthew McConnaughey (sp? too lazy to check) is a Golden Boy and I'm not ordinarily interested in the type from Troy Donahue to Robert Redfor or James Spader.  I don't have many thoughts about him other than curiosity about how he managed to resurrect his receding hairline just when I thought he'd be as bald as Ben by the time he was 40.  And now -- voila, a thick set of waves.  Impressive!  Wish someone had told Aidan Quinn about the secret of saving your hairline.

Any man who is honoured with a knighthood and then insists on being called "SIR Ben" on set, rather than just "Ben", or even "Mr Kingsley" at a push, deserves to be thrown off a cliff.  What a pretentious twat.
