I'd also like to recommend What They Don't Teach You at Film School: 161 Strategies for Making Your Own Movie No Matter What by Camille Landau and Tiare White. Chock full of very good common sense techniques for the microbudgeted independent filmmaker. I haven't read those, Kevin, but I'll have to look out for them.
