Personally I enjoyed the following:

1.Pet Shop Boys"DISCO4"(My best group forever!)

2.Rufus Wainwright"Release the Stars"

3.The Chemical Brothers"We are the Night"

4.Amy Winehouse"Back to Black"

5.Bjork"Volta"

6.Mika "Life in Cartoon Motion"(not sure if it was 2007 or the end of 2006?)

7.Enrique Iglesias"Insomniac"

8.Linkin Park"Minutes to Midnight"

and a new work of Dave Gahan which was absolutely fantastic for me!

As usual I couldnt arrive to "top 10" and as I see I have only 9.

Most of my albums from '07 were from earlier years, but I really liked

Icky Thump by The White Stripes
Drastic Fantastic by KT Tunstall

The year was also notable for the special rerelease of The Traveling Wilburys, Vol. 1 & 3.

But of course, topping my list is the High School Musical 2 soundtrack. Aces!

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss - Raising Sand
Mark Knopfler - Kill to Get Crimson
VAST - April
White Stripes - Icky Thump

Yeah, that's about it. Honorable mentions go to Mika for Life in Cartoon Motion, and Amy Winehouse for Back in Black. I relegate them to honorable mentions only because they were seriously overplayed in '07 and compromised the uniqueness of the music for me in the worst way. But they were still both great fun albums filled with solid tunes.

There were other albums from '07 that I loved but I wouldn't throw them up on the wall as best of the year. :) (Sorry Modest Mouse and QotSA!)
