Has anyone else seen this movie?  I could not get into it.  It had it's moments.  And the moments it had were very good, but over all I just could not get into it and it is one of those movies where you never know when it is going to end.  Not to mention I got a $30 parking ticket to see a $2 movie!  I went an seen it at a college and I was not sure about their parking policy so I did not think I would get a ticket.  Go rent Citizen Kane instead.

I haven't seen the whole film but I saw 45 minutes of the Cate Blanchett screener for the Academy Awards consideration and loved it.  But you really would have to be a Dylan fan and have been familiar with "Don't Look Back."

I haven't seen it yet either, but I will seek it out as soon as I find the time specifically because of Cate Blanchett. I just think she is the cat's meow and I know she's done something incredible with the role. :)

Ditto that, Amanda. Have been wanting to re-watch Notes on a Scandal AND check out Elizabeth: The Golden Age on On Demand. Ended up watching some of the bonus features on the Zodiac Directors Cut DVD, which is a pretty sweet edition I might add. Since I have to get up in the morning extremely early maybe I'll do a Cate double feature this evening.

I think one of my favorite bits she's ever done on film was her dual role in Coffee and Cigarettes. I seriously didn't even realize that was her playing the cousin for like half the scene (thought it might just be a similar-looking actress I was unaware of). And it's not like she was all decked out with prosthetics or anything. It was her overall mannerisms, spoke of a completely different person. I want to be her when I grow up. :P

Smokey, I didn't know the director's cut of Zodiac was out!  When we watched the original DVD, I had been looking forward to the extras only to find out that we had to wait for the director's cut version.  Think I'll put it on my Netflix queue.
