Oh, crap. I like Twilight. It started with watching New Moon at the dollar theater and now I'm nearly done with the series.

What fun, fluffy romance (with none of the trite overblown sex that's in grownup novels.)

Sure the love relationship is a total narcissistic collusion, but some of the best love stories in history are.

Decent soundtracks. Misty pine trees. I can see why the fans are so nutty about it.

You can't imagine some of the looks I've gotten from male co-workers when I mentioned reading or watching the movies. LOL!

we've yet to watch New Moon. Sitting here on the desk quietly calling my name.

I watched Twilight and that was enough for me.  I heard the other movies are better than the first one.  I usually like teenage girl movies.  I even liked Aquanmarine.  After I saw Let The Right One In it made me dislike Twilight even more.

I have started watching True Blood and I really like it.  I didn't think I would, but I do.

I found out some things about Let The Right One In.  The book is much darker.  LOL.  So, I am glad I didn't read the book and saw the movie which is very unclear about some of the things in the book.

In the movie I saw it as being a relationship between a little boy and a little girl.  I did think the older man was once a lover of the little girl but he grew and became old.  Which is kind of dark for a vampire movie about teenagers.  Well, the book isn't that way.  In the book the old man is having sex with the little girl and she isn't a little girl but a little boy.  The old man likes having sex with her because he likes having sex with little boys.  Or that is what I heard....  I have not read the book, but that totally changes the story for me.
