 It isn't so much the book that is funny (it might be, I haven't read it) but my coworkers reaction; 'Since when has coke been a gateway drug?' I explained that it didn't become one, it stopped being one right after this book was published in 1984.

 

Poor Jonathan Frakes, just wants to be appreciated for his literary talents and, in addition to the "Commander William T. Riker of Star Trek: The Next Generation line they stuck on the cover of the copy we have, they put that picture on the cover.
