Yet another reason why I love this woman! :D

I'd take him chubby, to be honest. Looking at my track record, I'm not sure I know what it's like to date someone under 200lbs. LOL Though it IS sad to see Val looking a little plump, since I remember him from the good ol' days of Real Genius where he was nothing but sex on a stick.

He might sing it a bit more like the Howlin' Wolf original these days!!  Givin' new meaning to the line "eat more chicken than you ever seen"!

I watched Willow this weekend.  Part of me was sentimental and part of me saw it through an adult's eyes and it wasn't quite as magical.  The movie moved really quick and the characters were not well developed.  Seeing LOTR and now seeing Willow puts this old Lucas produced film at a distinct disadvantage.  But it still holds a special place in my heart.  I ordered the sequel book Shadow Moon out of curiosity.

I loooooooooved Willow, when I was a kid. I can't even count how many times my brother and I played dwarfs with gnarly wood sticks and a doll wrapped in blankets :D

I had this Willow tape with a little book. Then you had to turn the pages when you heard a "ring" on the tape... Anyone who had these books + tapes, when you were a kid? :P

I had several but the one I remember most is Gremlins. That thing fucked me up. You're reading along and turn the page and BAM! a gremlin is staring you right in the face.

Yep, that's exactly the ones I meant! HAH! I had one with E.T. too. I ended up being able to remember the whole text at the age of 4... And aw... I had one with "Mickey and the Beanstalk"... damn, it was scary...

I remember watching this one 20 years ago.

Think I've to re-watch it some time soon.

They so need to do a remake of The Doors movie and have Kilmer play Morrisson NOW.

Instead of drug-induced visions of an Indian in the desert, it will be a vision of a naked cheeseburger-grillin' short order cook in a diner.
