A while back I was browsing YouTube and came across a song I hadn't heard in a couple of years.
When reading the comments it became apparent that the EP it was featured on had become a collector's item.

So I checked Amazon and lo and behold, it was selling for over $100.
A couple of weeks later I found out that a compilation CD I owned had also gone out of print and is currently on Amazon for $80.

Anyone else have stories of unexpected appreciations in value?

The more I workout the more the prize in my pants is desired.

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this."  -Dale Cooper

Just because it's yellow doesn't mean it's gold.

Did Congress postpone the digital TV transition because you still have analog?

there's this three-issue run of the original black and white ninja turtles comics that is completely hilarious. it's something like early steve martin meets douglas adams meets tex avery, and i don't make those comparisons lightly. it barely features the turtles at all, and is more about the adventures of a little girl with a time machine.

 ANYWAY

i pulled out my little collected edition of those issues because i was in the mood for a laugh (retail: $5:95) and when i got done i was curious if the others in the series were on amazon. whoaaaaa $100 each. guess i'm not reading any more of THOSE any time soon.
