What are some funny ways you or others have misunderstood lyrics over the years?

It took one too many times of me singing the misheard lyrics loudly in the backseat of the family wagon for my dad to finally let me in on the proper lyrics. Of course, it didn't stop me from saying "douche" anyway for another couple of years. :)

I guess I didn't read carefully enough.  Excuse the F out of me.

In the case of others, I used to know a little boy who would sing "Taking care of biscuits."  It was the cutest thing ever.

In the Burgess Shale this lonely view

(should be "With the birds I share this lonely view")

 not that funny, but hard to hear it the right way now.

 And this probably doesn't count either, but in the song Big Rock Candy Mountain on the O Brother Album, we swear that the singer says "Blig Rock" rather than "big rock", and I just love the idea of a blig rock, whatever that is...
