has anyone watched Kings yet? I'm liking it so far. McShane is great in it - even though I keep thinking he is going to go into a cussing rant after watching him in Deadwood.

I checked it out on-line after you mentioned it. I wonder where they're heading with it? It has an interesting blend of elements--almost sci-fi/futuristic, (the uber-city of Shiloh, the question of the where and when of this fictional country, the Moorish elements to the architecture, but all the characters look North American), mixed with a bit of the mystical/spiritual (the crown of butterflies, the enigmatic preacher.) Reminds me a bit of the good vs. evil of Carnivale. Ian McShane is terrific, and Brian Cox did a great turn as the deposed king. Good ole' Miguel Ferrer playing another hot head. The first 2 episodes sucked me in...it will be interesting to see how it progresses.
