Fascinating. First, what's a biocharacter? And what actress has this symptom?

Second, how do you mean "terrible" and "unhealthy?" I know Season 2 had some down moments, but...

"Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. Could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot, black coffee. Like this."  -Dale Cooper

that episode is like when you and your oldest friends are sitting around bullshitting and someone you kind of know and dont really like sits down with you and tries to be a part of all the in-jokes but they really have no idea what the hell they are talking about and it's making everyone sad and uncomfortable
