Yay! I adore Chris Isaak. Anyone who hasn't seen him perform live has to find a way to do so. He's such a treat to see in concert. Him and his bandmates are true musicians, putting on impromptu jam sessions right in the middle of their shows. Last time I saw him, he had his brother come up on stage and rock a ukelele and sing with him (his brother isn't a bad-looking fellow, but Chris definitely got every last HAWT gene in that family).

Yeah, well he's STILL almost 5 months OLDER than me!!! Fans of C.I. may wanna check out former Mavericks frontman Raul Malo's latest CD. Both gents sport a decidedly Orbison-esque timbre, Isaak's album is called Mr. Lucky, while Raul's is The Lucky One. Isaak features a duet with Trisha Yearwood, while Malo sang with her on Something Stupid, while still with his former band. R.M. is also a killer live performer. Happy bidet, Mr. I.!!!
