A shocker to me as well!

I read that death list days ago, saw Malden's name on it and thought "He's alive?"... Guess he's not anymore... R.I.P.

Kirk Douglas next?

I've been watching Brando lately, and have been reminding myself for two days to get On the Waterfront from the library.  Then I read the news of Malden's passing, and of course he co-starred with Brando in Waterfront, (and Streetcar), so now I must watch in memory of him.  What a great actor, and it seems he led a blessed, wonderful life. A welcome balance in the land of celebrity deaths.

R.I.P. Karl Malden, even though I never saw you in anything. So many celebrities are leaving us recently.
