Just saw a good one tonight.  Jeff Bridges in FEARLESS.  He's driving in a car post-plane crash with his dead partner's lawyer, who is babbling about what Bridges's character (Max) should say for maximum insurance cash, and Max looks right at the lawyer and starts screaming.  A defiant, outraged scream.

"I'm talking about seeing beyond fear, Roger.  About looking at the world with love."

I don't remember if he screams or not, it's more like a scream that never comes out, but I remember right now John Savage in THE DEER HUNTER getting hysterical while the vietnamese force them to play russian roulette and De Niro trying to calm him down... That's one hell of a disturbing scene...

The opening scene in Scream, when the mother finds Drew Barrymores body hanging.

Ben:  "We've laid in a gala reception for your fair-haired boys tonight.  All of Twin Peaks' best and brightest."

Jerry: "We're holding it in a phone booth?"
