I try to address policies, and principles rather than any ad hominem attacks on anyone here. Yes, when R_flagg made a post i thought was over the top at coolspringsj ( i have jokingly called j out as a rapist and murderer myself-an obviously silly concept that j recognized as such) but with R_Flagg it was done with hyperbole that R got it as a joke. Hey, R and i are diametricaly(sp ?) opposed on most issues, but I like the guy and don't hate on him - he jokes and is ultimately a good guy. I don't get the complaints offered here about right side posts being more prominent than those from the left. Should we wait until say double the 'left' posts are presented before someone opposed can be allowed to post? It sounds off base to me, but maybe that is a necessity on here to placate sensibilities? Hey we all dig TP and DL's work and are a pretty harmonious group I M O. I mean this is a thread on the internet-nothing more.

I just wanted to add that I usually vote for the canidates that seem the most reasonable to me. While I've definitely moved further left over the years, I've voted republican in the past and might do so again depending on the situatiion. I'd rather have who I believe to be the most reasonable, intelligent and competent canidate in office even if I don't completely agree with all their positions on every issue. If it were a three way race betweem Sarah Palin, Raymond, and Howard Dean I would vote for Raymond! R_Flagg

Internet rumor: CNN to revive Crossfire with new hosts Joe Wilson and Kanye West. (Yeah, I know, but it's only my second post since I've been back, give me a break.)

Speaking of Joe Wilson, I overheard Judge Panantillia (whatever his name is on FNC) talking about how the health care plan will be required to be given to illegals. The Supreme Court has already said that the US must give such type of social benefits to illegals. So if there is legislation in the ObamaCare to not allow illegals to have insurance, it could be unconstitutional, and would be struck down by the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, you have Congressmen on both sides of the aisle trying to make it clear that illegals can't have insurance versus ensuring the legislation says it's okay, because right now, the legislation isn't specific, and that would be left up to the judges at that point.
