have you heard of Trash Humpers? its only just started playing the fests(apparently it was conceived, written, shot, edited, and printed in four months as there was no announcement of the film before it was announced it was playing toronto(it was shot and edited on videotape)) and, as always with korine, there are plenty of critics who call him gimmicky and shock for the sake of shock, but i dont buy that. ive liked him since gummo came out, and julien and mister lonely were not a disappointment in the least. i think hes just gotten better. also, theres word on another project thats somewhere between the no budget of julien and the big(relatively) budget of mister lonely, but that the only details ive heard.
