Hey guys , I love a good big breakfast, believe me but...

About a week or 10 days ago I started cutting back on food portions in general and knocking off donuts ( Yummmie ! )cookies, and ice cream and bacon. I had caught a look at myself in the full length mirrors and I looked like a snake that had swallowed a tennis ball.

I already have more energy and with a few stops at the Gym and walking to the library i can tell already I have more endurance and feel more active.

Anybody else getting ready for Spring with cutting down on food intake. I guess that is a diet, right?

Whatever, enjoy those great breakfasts-they sound right up my alley.

Being a proper romantic bastard, i made me and Poppy boiled eggs and soldiers for valentines day(!) Apparently, i didn't toast the bread for long enough, and the eggs were a little overdone. Bollocks.

I thought it was awesome.

Reb, I did a 2 mile walk/jog, got back and and i wasn't even out of breath or tired, and I noticed a pair of jeans actually fit today !

Breakfast: Coffe w/sugar and milk, waited a half hour before having a bagel with cream cheese ( i guess there is milk in cheese? ), hash browns, 2 eggs not three.  No bacon. That would not be kosher with a bagel : )

I always liked you Reb.

keep it up oldraymond!!!! there ya go!!!!  get to what goal ya want and keep it steady from there on! I know good and well you are doing well and aw!!! thank you! like ya too here!!

I had blue berries and rye toast earlier today, tomorrow, dunno yet always coffee, gingerroot tea,

I want something MMMM!!! like rasberries, but dont see them at the fruit section, so might go for just yes, a bagel and cream cheese and yes! cream cheese is a milk product :) I gotta be careful about cheese though, that always hits in my thighs, and I LOVE CHEESE!!!! I workout just as hard after I eat stuff like that!

oh! and put that salt shaker away! I know it's hard to do so, I love to season my recipes with salt, but had cut down alot, just every now and then I like to have a nice taste to what I wanna cook or grill. and yes also fried chicken is my fave!  so I have lacked that there, rather broil :) or grill :) but at family dinner gatherings, way different heh! cause I LOVE TO COOK!!!!!

I am cutting way down on sugar-even in my coffee. Looks like hashbrowns-no salt and eggs again tomorrow. ( today I knocked off some situps.)
