The Heat here is still on, no luck with any rain, darn hurricane DON!!!!!! it's just gonna tease a bit here, my air condtion went out on my truck and had to travel, just a sweaty travel to roanoke, which is not very far. still workin out though here at home, have a pool outback but jeez the water is very warm. did a good cardio exercise earlier. yes, a sweaty one. just as if I wanna go outside after that thar.

i did 2 hours run yesterday to my parents house... `it`s war` at the minute though between me and them so they did us nothing for my birthday and then i had to walk 3 miles down the road to my good friend Dave marjorams house to give us a lift home.... no,it`s all kicked off with me and the parents just lately for some strange reason....

I was counting on £100 off of them for my birthday (the going rate) so now i`m gonna be miserable and skint and `sober` all next week by the looks of it... (the miserable old `so and so`s)

Happy Birthday to you myowl, I did not see it listed here, so just wanted to wish you a Happy Birthday!!!! wow bummer though sorry about a bit of family things, and just hope for the best, ya been here quite awhile see ya every now and then,keep posting here, like readin some of your posts! well today, only 30 minute workout, plus cleaning up around my home and this heat is gonna be brutal next week as well!

gotta double up on my workout, I was at a party earlier, and lots of yummy snacks, esp. vanilla and also chocolate barvarian creme cakes! so yes, I pigged out heh! just could not pass that delish sweet up!!! I will make up for it though, gonna work out more this week! once in awhile wont hurt to pigout on delish snacks and esp.sweets!!!!

yeah rebel... i`m a bit of a `foodie` myself.... i try and run an hour a day though to make up for it...
