People that can get around, but park at the handicapp Parking space with no tags. like people in a hurry and take advantage, man, I don't like that at all, lazy people. oh, yes Iam gonna file a complaint next time, cause just not right for people to take advantage that can get around and park up to that area.

Rebel, I have a stuff that ticks me off in the same realm - Handicapped Parking -- but mine is that there are TOO MANY people with the placards!  They take up all the spaces.  Here in Los Angeles, in the same way that doctors will over-prescribe medications to drug addicts, they seem to approve too many DMV handicap placards. 

When I take my mother to the grocery store we often have to circle the lot a few times trying to find a decent parking place because all the handicapped spaces are taken.  When I go into the store I don't see a whole lotta people who would seem to qualify for those spaces.  

Anecdotal evidence for sure but it sure is hard to find the blue sign with an open space around here.

On the note of handicapped parking, etc.  I get mad when I see really fat people using those electric scooters in Wal Mart and such that are supposed to be for people with real disabilities.  Maybe you wouldn't weigh 400 lbs. if you would walk your fat ass around the store.

People that jaywalk in front of your car and go really slow while staring right at you.

And tailgaters.  I let them pass me and then tailgate them viciously.

ARGH!  How could I have forgotten that one?!?  Here in California it is commonly believed there is no such thing as a jaywalker.  The pedestrian has the right of way.  But not really.  They have to be in a crosswalk though you, the driver, DO have to stop even if a pedestrian steps off the curb of an 8-lane divided road and you are driving in the far right lane 8 lanes away.  The moment said ped steps onto the street, all traffic needs to stop.  Rear-end collisions be damned.  

The worst examples of the annoying pedestrian take place around 3:00 pm within blocks of any high school.  While little elementary school kids know to "look both ways" before crossing and wait for the "Walk" sign, teenagers lose all that former knowledge. They walk forward, backward, sideways, zigging and zagging with no particular destination or hurry.  FEH!  Dare to give a little "beep" and you either get the tall finger or spittle on your windshield.  

Yeah, that ticks me off.
