Suspected?! J. Edgar was a raving closet queen! Which brings us to the climax *cough* of Twin Peaks, the Miss Twin Peaks pageant. Earles's obsession with capturing the queen means he will finish what the friend of Dorothy (Judy) Philip who tried to do in FWWM: out Dale and take his former "partner" (in gay sex) away from Harry.

I also thought that Windom Earle and Leo Johnson had a S&M kinda relationship. Leo had to wear and collar and got beaten when he misbehaved.

Funny, j doesn't know what closet queen means. It implies a man who is uncomfortable with his homosexuality so he keeps it hidden, not a guy who trots around in hot pants. Perhaps he covers his homosexuality by making untoward remarks towards girls on internet message boards.
