QUOTE:Nefud, if you don't like tattoos, you are a bad person.  So just smile and nod your head and say tattoos are awesome to appease the Sensitivity Police.

j, take the time to read what Angel and I are both saying. You don't have to like tattoos nor do you have to like people who have tattoos. What you should do though is respect your fellow board members who have tattoos by not making blanket statements to the effect that people who have tattoos are whores or just looking for attention. It's saying stuff like that that is just rotten. You're not the only person here who has made such insinuations (apparently people with tattoos are also stupid and have a propensity to murder), so don't take what I'm saying as an attack directly on you.

I personally have no problem speaking up when I find a tattoo to be awful or a poor choice, but I don't voice that opinion as an attack on the wearer's character. There's a right way and a wrong way to speak up. That's all I'm saying.

Respect is style-cramping. I missed that memo, too.

Oh my gosh, it took me a minute to realize why the picture looked so familiar. Booth's Photoshop skills are really just creepy sometimes. I have a feeling he could fabricate an entire life for us and nobody would ever believe us otherwise. :)

i should hire booth as some kind of "surreality coordinator" so that the 9-5 grind isn't so soul-crushing

Agreed. Jared's the same way. I always tell him that I'm going to hire him to make my life look more awesome than it really is.

Nice work! You and the tat artist. And, I guess, the parents.

Looks like fresh color on both. It's not really like those family portraits you get done in front of the drop down screen, is it! Unusual and modern concept.

Angel, do you mean those colors will fade?

The dad had some bare-breasted mermaids on his arms but didn't want those in the photos with his baby.

That was tactful of him.

Mine have all faded a bit. Especially the ones that are exposed to sun on a daily basis.

I quoted my tat artists friend on the last page about how the quality of pigment has improved and skin care has advanced, he seemed to have faith that tats will be longer lasting.
